Meeting Room

These seminars typically have 8-12 participants. The meeting room can hold up to 18 people comfortably. Our meetings are highly interactive, with questions and discussion encouraged.

Restaurant

Breakfast and lunch will be provided in the hotel's Ocean View Bar & Grill Restaurant, and snacks will be provided in the meeting room during breaks.

Hotel Indigo

The hotel has ocean views and sea breezes. A short two-block walk takes you to a bluff overlooking the beach. Del Mar Village, with boutique shops and restaurants is several blocks away.

The hotel has two pools, a fitness center, a European-style day spa, and plenty of places to sit and relax.

 

Evening view

In the evening, we can relax with drinks from the bar and watch the beautiful sunset over the Pacific Ocean. If our guests are interested, we can provide live music with guitar and singing.

A block of hotel rooms will be available at a discounted group rate, $269 for August date and $229 for the September date.

Gaylord ICE!

Tickets may be purchased in advance to the Gaylord ICE! show, where creative displays with characters made of colored ice line a path winding around inside a huge insulated tent set up just outside the hotel.

A highlight of Gaylord ICE! is the ice slides, which are fun for all ages! Thick blue coats are available for wearing while enjoying the scenes and the slides.

Paradise Springs

In the summer, you and your family can enjoy Paradise Springs, an exclusive amenity for the resort's guests.

Lazy River

Relax in the 600-square-foot lazy river and enjoy the 6,000-square-foot family lagoon featuring a 27-foot-tall waterslide and zip line, two horseshoe-shaped hot pools and a dedicated toddler pool.
